Diseases of the blood and hematopoietic system (haematological)
Hello, I am taking the drug neoparin 6000j (0.6) and this is my 7th injection. I was supposed to take 10 of them. During today's injection, I noticed that the drug spills under my skin in the form of a bubble. I panicked and removed the needle, there were 0.2 of the preparation in the syringe and drops of the drug on the skin. Should the smaller dose given today worry me a lot? Jsk should I behave in such a situation?

Incorrect administration of the drug creates a risk of its improper action and increases the risk of side effects of the preparation: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/92384/neoparin-iniekcja/ulotka/227631 In the case of incomplete administration of the preparation, subsequent doses should be correctly administered. It is not recommended to administer a double dose of the drug to make up for previous abnormalities. I encourage you to follow the recommendations describing the correct administration of the drug contained in the leaflet. In the event that you observe symptoms indicating the occurrence of possible thrombosis, I encourage you to urgently consult a doctor.
