Can I exchange Acti-Trin for Levopront if the child is sleepy after it?
The daughter has a dry cough, she is prescribed inhalations with Budixon Neb and Berodural, additionally Acti-trin but she is very sleepy after him, she got it yesterday 2x 3ml, can I change it to Levopront from today?

Drowsiness may be one of the side effects of Acti-Trin that you should report: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-i-dlaczego-zglaszac-dzialania-niepozadane Levopront and Acti-Trin are not their counterparts - Acti-Trin is a large-component preparation with a more extensive effect. You can discontinue it and turn on Levopront, but you should be aware that you will not get the same therapeutic effect in your child, which may affect the course of the disease and the accompanying symptoms.
