Long-term remission and the frequency of relapse depend more on the total administered dose than on the duration of treatment or the daily dose. The duration of treatment depends on the individual daily dose. Usually, treatment for 16 to 24 weeks is sufficient for lasting effects to improve the complexion. What dose was used in your case? Has the condition of the skin improved significantly? Did the dermatologist strongly recommend discontinuation of the drug?
Thank you for the answer, but I am more afraid of the situation where the dermatologist decides to end the treatment after 2 months (from the information posted on the Internet you can read that the treatment should last at least 6 months) whether the interruption of the use of isotek after 2 months can cause a relapse of the disease?

The decision to continue or discontinue therapy should be made after consulting a doctor and after assessing the condition of the skin. Please do not stop the therapy on your own.
