The use of probiotics and digestive enzymes does not affect the effectiveness and safety of the drugs used. On the other hand, Huperzine A increases the level of acetylcholine in the body, stimulates the action of nicotine receptors. Its combined use m.in pernazinum is not recommended. Perazine has an antagonistic effect on cholinergic receptors. These two preparations have an opposing effect: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/60765/pernazinum-tabletki/ulotka/17029 Choline is a substrate for the synthesis of acetylcholine. It should not be used in conjunction with m.in. Pernazinum. For most supplements, interactions with medicinal products are not evaluated. Supplements, by definition, should only supplement the correct diet with the missing ingredients. I encourage you to inform your doctor about all dietary supplements used. This will allow you to choose a safe and effective pharmacotherapy.
