Can Aciprex and Trazodone be combined with Dicloduo Combi and Sirdalud?

Good morning, please advise. I have been taking Aciprex and Trazodone Neuraxpharm for a few months. Today another doctor prescribed me Dicloduo and Sirdalud for a few days, can I combine all these drugs? I will be grateful for your advice. Regards, Kornelia

Such a combination is not advisable. These drugs interact with each other in numerous clinically relevant ways, e.g. the combination of Sirdalud and Aciprex increases the risk of cardiac arrhythmia manifested m.in as chest pain, palpitations, etc. Dicloduo Combi increases the concentration of Aciprex in the blood. This increases the risk of side effects from Aciprex m.in cardiac arrhythmia, drowsiness, impaired concentration, gastrointestinal bleeding. The combination of Trazodone and Sirdalud also increases the risk of arrhythmia and can significantly reduce blood pressure, leading, for example, to fainting. Dicloduo and Sirdalud can have a hepototoxic effect - toxic to the liver. Bearing in mind the above interactions, please consult your doctor again to determine whether such treatment is indeed absolutely necessary.
