Such a combination can be used only after consulting a doctor. Please note that combining Asentra with Concor Cor may increase the levels of sertraline (the active substance in Asentra) in your blood and increase the risk of side effects from this medicine. I am not in a position to assess which asentra or Coaxil will be more effective for you. In some, Coaxil works much better than Asentra, in addition, Coaxil can be combined with heart medications. In the case of both drugs, the duration of therapy plays an important role - the effects are visible on average after about 2 weeks of treatment.
