Is it possible to combine Amantix with other drugs?

Hello today I was diagnosed with Covid taking Amantix only for a few years I have been constantly taking medications like Rexetin in the morning evening Atarax and Pramolan.Do this I have type 2 diabetes treated Is there no contraindications to taking Amantix with these drugs

Concomitant use of Amantix and Atarax may be associated with an increase in anticholinergic effects, which may be manifested, m.in, by dryness of the mucous membranes, increased heart rate, impaired intestinal peristalsis or difficulty urinating. Therefore, both drugs can only be taken under the strict supervision of a doctor.
