I am afraid that during 4 placebo tablets my body will not be able to start bleeding from withdrawal.
Good evening. I used novynette tablets for half a year and had withdrawal bleeding at every break. Now I switched to Zoely pills and did not get bleeding after the first package, now I take the second. My withdrawal bleeding usually started on day 5 or 6, now my break is only 4 placebo tablets and I'm afraid my body will not be able to "make it" during this time to start withdrawal bleeding. Please help

Zoely is used in the 24+4 regimen, so it is different from Novynette, which is used for 21 days plus seven days break. The hormonal composition and doses of hormones from Zoely are different, so there is no reason to worry that "the body will not have time" to start withdrawal bleeding. It should normally occur within 2-3 days after the last white tablet containing the active substances and may last until the start of the next blister. In women taking Zoely, withdrawal bleeding persisted for an average of 3-4 days. According to the documentation of the drug, in the absence of withdrawal bleeding, it may be necessary to take certain steps. In the absence of withdrawal bleeding, if Zoely has been taken as directed, pregnancy is unlikely. However, if you have not taken Zoely as directed or if you have not experienced two consecutive withdrawal bleedings, make sure that you are not pregnant before continuing with Zoely.
