If I now ovulate and get pregnant, and I have to take Provera, will it hurt?

Good morning, the gynecologist prescribed me the drug Provera after seeing me on an ultrasound ovulation, if I take it with a possible pregnancy will not hurt me?

Lek Provera nie może być stosowany w trakcie ciąży. Proszę stosować lek zgodnie z zaleceniem lekarza. Jeśli miesiączka nie wystąpi w terminie i będzie Pani podejrzewała, iż jest w ciąży (można wykonać kontrolnie test ciążowy z apteki lub dokładniejsze - badanie laboratoryjne stężenia beta HCG z krwi), lek należy odstawić.
