Duży spadek ciśnienia może mieć wiele przyczyn, jeśli w Pani opinii jest on spowodowany przyjmowaniem antybiotyku Zinnat, należy skonsultować się z lekarzem. Być może specjalista zdecyduje o wdrożeniu dodatkowych leków lub zmianie antybiotyku na inny.

The antibiotic Zinnat (cefuroxime) can cause a variety of side effects, including drops in blood pressure, which is rare but can happen. If you experience blood pressure as low as 70/48 mmHg, and if you do not improve with blood pressure medication, it is recommended that you contact your doctor immediately.
In the meantime, it's a good idea to monitor your symptoms, avoid getting up abruptly, and stay hydrated. Do not discontinue the drug on your own without consulting your doctor.
I take the antibiotic Zinnat 500mg. After this drug my blood pressure drops 70/48. For three days I have not been able to increase my blood pressure despite the fact that I take the Gutron drug to increase it, I drink strong tea and my blood pressure does not rise. Should I discontinue this medication?
I had the same when I took this antibiotic 6 days a night I called an ambulance ... pressure 70/40... after some time it normalized fortunately ... the first time I had something like this...
