Witaminy B1, B6 i B12 oraz w małych ilościach diklofenak przenikają do mleka kobiecego. Z tego powodu, produkt Diclovit nie powinien być stosowany w okresie karmienia piersią, aby uniknąć niepożądanego wpływu na dziecko.
