When will I get ear pain after Dicortineff drops?

Good morning I took ospamox 3 once a day now dalacin 300 every 8 hours for sinusitis and I still have a runny nose and ear clogged already 4 weeks and does not pass what I have to do ?from the sinuses went to the ear and currently I take drops of dicortinef into the ear when it passes?? please help

Pain symptoms decrease, as a rule, for a day or two after using Dicortineff. If, despite the use of the drug, the pain persists, oral analgesics can be implemented, e.g. with ibuprofen or ketoprofen.
