If the Evra patch has wrinkled, can contraceptive protection be reduced?

Good morning, I glued another Evra patch on my lower abdomen today. Sticking it I stood straight and the patch after sticking it was smooth and straight. However, during the day, while sitting down and wrinkling the skin of our belly, I noticed that along with my movements, the patch also wrinkles slightly. However, it sticks to the whole glued skin and does not stick out anywhere. Does such wrinkling of the patch during everyday activities and movement (the patch reacts to the wrinkling of the lower abdomen and wrinkles with it) somehow affect this method of contraception? If it adheres tightly and only wrinkles during movement, I guess I am still protected from a possible pregnancy?

Plaster "pracuje" wraz ze skórą, jego pomarszczenie w trakcie ruchu, nie ma wpływu na jego skuteczność antykoncepcyjną.
