Farmaceuta może wydać na życzenie pacjenta lek z odpłatnością 100% opisując w adnotacjach zaistniałą sytuację, aczkolwiek - jeśli taka sytuacja ma miejsce - powinna zostać wyjaśniona z lekarzem, np. w aptece telefonicznie.
