Can I feel a throbbing in my calves while taking Izotek?

I have been taking izotek for 5 days from Saturday today Monday I feel throbbing in the calves while lying down, when I walk it is not felt , why does this happen?

W przypadku stosowania leku Izotek mogą wystąpić bóle mięśni lub stawów. Być może jest to odczuwalne przez Panią jako pulsowanie w łydkach. W trakcie przyjmowania leku zaleca się ograniczenie aktywności fizycznej:
