If I am late with Pylera, should I change the time of taking the next doses?

For 9 days I have been using Pylera 4x3 treatments and just on this 9th day I sleep 2.5 hours to take the fourth dose, when I woke up I did not think about eating only from time to time I took the drug with omeprazole, can I eat after taking the drugs? And whether I should postpone taking subsequent doses or stay with the hours that have been used so far, but then the concentration of the drug will be higher, because I will not keep a time interval of 6 hours.
