Lek Pylera zawiera bizmut, który może powodować czarne stolce i przebarwienia języka wskutek przemiany w siarczek bizmutu w układzie pokarmowym. Czarne zabarwienie flegmy może być spowodowane przebarwieniami w obrębie języka.
Nie ma przeciwwskazań do równoczesnego stosowania budezonidu z lekiem Pylera.
