Do I need to take extra protection during the 7-day break after taking Duomox?

Good morning. I use Evra patches, because of an upper respiratory tract infection I took the antibiotic Duomox. I finished taking it on Sunday, on Tuesday I start the week without a patch. Will I be secured during this time or should I use additional security? After re-applying 1 patch per month, will the protection be correct?

Good morning, I would like urgent advice: 17.09.2025 on Wednesday at 18:50 I removed the 3rd patch of Evra, 10 minutes later (around 19:00) I took the first dose of Duomox (amoxicillin) — treatment until 26.09. On the same day, I had intercourse. Usually after removing the patch, the bleeding starts on Sun/Mon, this time on 19.09 (Fri) mucus with blood appeared. Could amoxicillin reduce the effectiveness of the patch? Or is it rather withdrawal bleeding. I read that rifampicin only reduces effectiveness. Thank you for your help
