When to stop taking Pylera, when on the first day you took only 4 capsules in the evening?

The doctor prescribed my mother to take the antibiotic pylera 3x 4 tablets a day, we after returning home and buying this drug in the evening mom took according to the indications 4 tablets. However, it did not give me peace of mind and after reading the leaflet and information on the website that it is the other way around from the next day mom began to take 4x 3 tablets a day and so continues, but I am wondering now how to finish, or on the last day to take without an evening dose? Yours sincerely!

Należy przyjąć wszystkie kapsułki leku z opakowania. Czyli z Pani opisu wynika, że 11 dnia będzie trzeba przyjąć 3 kapsułki rano i 2 popołudniu, a wieczorem już nic.

Lek Pylera zawiera 3 różne substancje czynne (cytrynian potasowo-bizmutowy, metronidazol i chlorowodorek tetracykliny) i stosowany jest w leczeniu wrzodów żołądka spowodowanych zakażeniem Helicobacter pylori. Poniżej załączam ulotkę leku:
