Istnieje możliwość, że kawałek krążka odpadł i wypadł z pochwy. W tej sytuacji skuteczność antykoncepcji jest zachowana do 3 godzin od momentu wypadnięcia kawałka krążka.
Krążek należy wyjąć i od razu zaaplikować nowy. Zależnie od tego, ile czasu fragment krążka znajdował się poza pochwą, należy postępować z informacjami zawartymi w ulotce.
