According to the Safety Data Sheet, Clatra should be administered once a day at a dose of 20mg in adults. So please do not increase the dose of the drug on your own. With exacerbation of symptoms of an allergic disease, the doses of an antihistamine are often increased (in the treatment of chronic urticaria, doses 4 times higher than recommended by the standard are used), it is also permissible to take antihistamines with different chemical structure together. However, long-term intake of an increased dose of Clatra increases the risk of side effects. Grapefruit juice should not be consumed during treatment with Clatra, moreover, it should be remembered that bilaxine should be taken on an empty stomach, i.e. at least one hour before or 2 hours after a meal.
