I took two tablets of Belar at the same time, how to use the drug now?

Hello. I have a rather convoluted question. On Thursday at a fixed time (16:00) I was supposed to take the Belara contraceptive pill (the second week on the blister), but I noticed that the pill from that day was already taken. First, most likely, I took that pill that morning by mistake instead of the medication I take every day when I wake up. The second option is that on the previous day(s) I accidentally took two tablets on the same day. As a result, on Thursday I did not take a tablet at 4 p.m. Since Friday I have been taking belare normally at the correct time. If I made a mistake and the second option happened (i.e. I did not take the pill at all on Thursday) and then continued to take the drug correctly, will the effectiveness of contraception be preserved? If not, will it return to normal from the new packaging after a 7-day break? I have been taking tablets for two years. It was the first time I had such a "spin" and I was worried. Yours sincerely.
