Zgodnie z dokumentacją leku Izotek, pacjentka musi stosować antykoncepcję, nawet jeśli nie miesiączkuje lub nie jest obecnie aktywna seksualnie (chyba że lekarz stwierdzi, że nie jest to konieczne).
