To @"Niutek": Such a combination is not advisable, because this type of agent enhances the effect of acenocoumarol. You can consider the use of gels or ointments, which we write about here: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/leki-na-zylaki
Can I, because I have subcutaneous bloody petechiae in the lower part of the calves, taking acenocoumarol for years to help with vitamin "C" or rutinoscorbin?

Stosowanie Acenokumarolu nie wyklucza przyjmowania witaminy C, oczywiście w rozsądnych dawkach, np. 200-500 mg i w odstępie czasowym od Acenokumarolu (około 2-3h). Proszę natomiast uważać na witaminę K, która odgrywa znaczącą rolę w procesie krzepnięcia krwi. Pacjenci przyjmujący acenokumarol powinni zatem uważać zarówno na preparaty zawierające witaminę K jak i produkty żywnościowe bogate w tę witaminę, między innymi: szpinak, sałatę i brokuły.
