Fosfomycyna przenika w niewielkiej ilości do mleka kobiecego. W okresie karmienia piersią lek Monural należy stosować tylko w przypadku zdecydowanej konieczności i zawsze pod ścisłą kontrolą lekarską. Jeśli informowała Pani lekarza o tym, że karmi Pani piersią i mimo tego zapisał on lek - proszę stosować go zgodnie ze wskazaniami lekarza.
