Should I repeat my Lyme disease tests in 2 weeks if I have a negative result now and should I stop taking the antibiotic?

Good evening. I have been taking the antibiotic Doxycycline for a week because I was bitten by a tick and there was erythema, but not wandering. Today I did the test after 23 days after the bite and in two classes it is negative. Dr. decided to postpone the antibiotic. I am afraid that the body has not yet produced antibodies and therefore the result is negative. Should I repeat the result in 2 weeks and continue to take the antibiotic?
