Szczepionka Staloral 300 nie wpływu na wyniki oznaczeń przeciwciał przeciw transglutaminazie tkankowej (anty-tTG) w klasie IgA. Powstawanie wspomnianych przeciwciał jest stymulowane przez białko ziaren pszenicy – gliadynę, składnik glutenu. Obecność przeciwciał IgA anty-tTG jest czułym (ok. 90%) i specyficznym (99%) testem w kierunku celiakii.

Jeśli chodzi o wyniki oznaczeń całkowitego poziomu przeciwciał IgA - nie można wykluczyć wpływu podania szczepionki, a zatem lekarz interpretujący wyniki oznaczeń, powinien zostać poinformowany o prowadzonym leczeniu odczulającym.
