How is lactulose used in children?

Zalecana dawka laktulozy u dzieci wynosi 1–3 ml/kg masy ciała./24 godz. w dawkach podzielonych. Lek stosuje się zwykle doraźnie, wtedy gdy jest taka potrzeba.

W przypadku, gdy zaparcia wróciły, może Pani podać kolejną dawkę leku. Warto mieć świadomość, że niefarmakologiczne metody leczenia zaparć mają istotne znaczenie w profilaktyce zaparć -mowa głównie o właściwej podaży płynów.
