To zależy od tego, jakie badanie ma Pan zlecone. Najlepiej dowiadywać się bezpośrednio u lekarza, który Pana pokierował na wymaz. Na przykład w przypadku badań alergologicznych konieczne może być odstawienie sterydów donosowych nawet na kilka tygodni przed badaniem. W przypadku wymazu w kierunku COVID-29 ma co najmniej dwie godziny przed pobraniem nie należy aplikować do nosa żadnych kropli ani wykonywać innych zabiegów (inhalacji, płukania, czyszczenia).
