Earlier spacing bleeding with Vines tablets, is this normal?

Hello, I started taking birth control pills. I am just finishing the first package and on the 19/20th day of taking the tablets I experienced quite intense brown spotting (as at the moment it lasts 2 days). Withdrawal bleeding is to fall on me on the 24-28th day. I would like to add that I take Vines two-component tablets and it is used to take them correctly. I would like to know what such spotting means and whether the effect of tablets in such a situation is reduced?
