What to do if diarrhea occurred after taking the Vines contraceptive pill and after using the tablet from the additional blister?

Yesterday around 4 p.m. I had intercourse with ejaculation, at 22.50 I took another (fourth) Vines tablet (normally takes it between 9/22 p.m.), and around 2:00 a.m. I got diarrhea. At 5:30 a.m., I took an extra tablet from the spare package, but the diarrhea did not go away. What should I do next? Am I rightly worried that fertilization may have occurred?
