Mesopral jest lekiem wydawanym na receptę, zatem zasadność i schemat dawkowania określa lekarz. Nie należy zmieniać dawkowania tego preparatu bez porozumienia z lekarzem.
W dostępnym piśmiennictwie medycznym nie znajduję też informacji o interakcjach wyżej wymienionych leków. Może je Pani stosować równolegle.
