Is it a problem if I applied the Evra patch 26 hours after the onset of menstruation?

I applied my first EVRA patch in my life 26 hours after receiving menstruation. Is this a problem? I forgot to stick it on the first day. And if the corners of the patch peel off a little, does the patch stop working completely after 24 hours, if you have not replaced it? Is there a risk of pregnancy if two methods of contraception were used (a male condom and a patch with which the horns peeled off a little)?
