Is it better to ask the doctor about other medications, after which I will fall asleep quickly?

Hello after going through home isolation and bad covid condition. I consulted a doctor due to the fact that within 10 days I had an ambulance 2 times due to the collapse of convulsions and weakness. The doctor prescribed me singopam just because I had problems with sleep every time before falling asleep I was shaking and nausea. Even when I managed to fall asleep, I was able to wake up suddenly and I felt like my heart was ringing, and again there were convulsions and nausea. Initially, I shouted him every day then every day for half a tablet thanks to him I was able to get back faster and not wake up with a bad condition. But I read and this addictive drug currently I use it jescze but only when I feel bad again to fall asleep faster The doctor without problems prescribes it to me. Will I be fine after it or is it better to ask the doctor about other drugs after which I will fall asleep quickly? I do not hide that he calms my convulsions within a few mininuts. And that makes me happy too.

Signopam zawiera temazepam, który wykazuje właściwości nasenne, uspokajające i przeciwlękowe, a także słabe przeciwdrgawkowe i rozluźniające napięcie mięśni szkieletowych. W przypadku problemów ze snem lek powinien być stosowany doraźnie i krótkotrwale, tylko wówczas, gdy zaburzenie ma ciężki przebieg i gdy bezsenność powoduje znacznie nasilone wyczerpanie u pacjenta.

Każdy lek może wywołać działania niepożądane. Stosowanie leku Signopam może prowadzić do uzależnienia psychicznego i fizycznego. Ryzyko to jest większe jeśli stosowane są wyższe dawki, a czas leczenia jest dłuższy. Czas terapii ustala lekarz.

Jeśli jest Pani zaniepokojona ryzykiem skutków ubocznych, to oczywiście proszę na ten temat porozmawiać z lekarzem i zapytać o inne propozycje dotyczące łagodzenia Pani dolegliwości.
