Lek Apap Migrena zawiera w swoim składzie: paracetamol 250mg, kwas acetylosalicylowy 250mg oraz kofeinę 65mg. Ze względu na tak złożony skład leku nie zaleca się jego stosowania podczas przyjmowania leku na nadciśnienie Vanatex. Bardziej bezpieczne będzie zastosowanie tabletek przeciwbólowych na bazie samego paracetamolu.
