Hi I have a question on Sunday I should howling the Polaring disc and take a week's break but I forgot to howling it today is Wednesday. What in such a situation

Choć nie jest to zalecany sposób terapii, jednorazowo może Pani pozostawić krążek w pochwie na 4 tygodnie - czyli w Pani przypadku do niedzieli. Następnie zaaplikować nowy krążek po 7-dniowej przerwie. Ochrona będzie zachowana i nie ma potrzeby stosowania dodatkowej formy antykoncepcji.
