Can Nimesil cause a change in the color of urine?

For 3 days I have been taking nimesil for mandibular and temporal arthritis, I have yellow-tinged urine like after furagine, is this the correct reaction???

Krwiomocz, skąpomocz i bolesne oddawanie moczu są zapisane w ulotce leku jako możliwe do wystąpienia działania niepożądane podczas stosowania preparatu. Nie ma natomiast wzmianki o kolorze moczu i jego ewentualnej zmianie podczas stosowania leku. Proszę pamiętać, że kolor moczu zależy też od ilości przyjmowanych płynów. Jeśli jest ich mało - mocz jest bardziej stężony i przez to ma intensywny kolor. Jeśli nie zauważyła pani innych niepokojących działań niepożądanych podczas stosowania leku Nimesil - myślę, że nie ma powodów do niepokoju. Proszę nadal przyjmować go zgodnie z zaleceniami specjalisty.
