Are acute pains and cramps in the lower abdomen normal when using Drovelis?

Good morning, I am at the second pack of Drovelis contraceptive pills (22 active tablet). With the 20th tablet I take in the afternoon (13th hour) I got a slight brown spotting. The day after the 21st tablet I got a slight bleeding (color as with the period). From that moment on, I started to get sharp cramps and pain in the lower abdomen (Lower abdomen slightly bloated and hard). It lasts for the second day, so I had to take 2 pain pills. Are such sharp pains and cramps normal? In addition, it's bleeding, where I haven't even started taking placebo pills yet. I will be very grateful for your reply. Female, 26 years old.

czego nie można powiedzieć o ostrych bólach i skurczach. Te w granicach normy są dopuszczalne. W tej sytuacji powinna Pani skonsultować się z ginekologiem.
