Hello, I got sifted contraceptive patches by the doctor. This is my first and I forgot to stick it on the first day of menstruation. I finished my period yesterday. Do I have to wait until my next menstrual period to start? Evra Patches

Może Pani rozpocząć stosowanie plastrów Evra już teraz, ale:
- jeśli jest Pani między 2. a 5. dniem cyklu (pierwszy dzień cyklu to pierwszy dzień miesiączki), należy przez 7 dni dodatkowo zabezpieczać się prezerwatywą, - jeśli jest Pani dalej niż w 5. dniu cyklu, prezerwatywę proszę stosować do końca cyklu.
