What is the safe dose of paracetamol in chronic disease?

Hello please explain what is the safe dose of paracetamol in chronic disease. I have been prescribed poltram combo 3x 650 mg per day for 30 days, for sciatica whether such a dose is safe for the liver. It uses phospholipids for protection.

W terapii przewlekłej nie należy przekraczać dobowej dawki 2,5 g paracetamolu. Przy czy terapia przewlekła trwa powyżej 8 tygodni.

U osób z wyrównaną niewydolnością wątroby jest proces metabolizwania paracetamolu jest podobny do osób zdrowych i nie powinno powodować pogorszenia czynności wątroby.
