Concor cor 1, 25 a beto 25 The doctor changed me Concor cor 1, 25 mg (1.5 tablets / day) to beto 25 (1.5 tablets / day). Which daily dose is stronger? Concor cor or beto?

Siła działania danego leku jest często kwestią indywidualną dla każdego pacjenta.

Maksymalna zalecana dobowa dawka leku Concor Cor (bisoprolol) wynosi 10 mg, natomiast leku Beto ZK (metoprolol) wynosi 200 mg. Dawki tych leków zwykle zwiększa się stopniowo w zależności od tolerancji pacjenta.

Z moich wyliczeń wynika, że dawki 1,875 mg bisoprololu (1,5 tabletki Concor Cor 1,25) i 37,5 mg metoprololu (1,5 tabletki Beto 25 ZK) powinny być równoważne w sile działania.
