O przyznaniu refundacji decyduje lekarz, który wystawia receptę, jednak w przypadku leku Trulicuty refundacja przysługuje pacjentom z cukrzycą typu 2, który są przed włączeniem insuliny. Jeśli przyjmuje Pan lek Trulicity i insulinę, na ten moment nie jest to wskazanie objęte refundacją i za Trulicity będzie trzeba zapłacić 194,21 zł.
