Nie ma interakcji między Izotekiem, a lekami antykoncepcyjnymi.
Stosowanie środków antykoncepcyjnych jest wskazane przy kuracji Izotretynoiną, ze względu na teratogenne działanie tego leku na płód. Przy prawidłowym stosowaniu preparatu antykoncepcyjnego ryzyko zajścia w ciążę jest znikome.
