Can spotting after the end of the blitz of Belara tablets occur the next day?

Good morning, I have been using Belara contraceptive pills for 9 months. Until recently, I did not feel any side effects. However, two months ago (last month everything was fine) and with the current packaging, I began to gently stain (thick mucus stained with blood), the day after the blister ended. I finished the package on Wednesday, and the spotting appeared on Thursday morning. I have a visit to the gynecologist only in three weeks.
