How long can Sanprobi IBS probiotic be used?

Can Sanprobi IBS be taken for a long time, e.g. a year or two? What time is acceptable? Is it harmful to health? Best regards

Producent suplementu diety Sanprobi IBS określa jedynie minimalną długość kuracji probiotykiem, informując, że : "w celu osiągnięcia największej korzyści z przyjmowania probiotyku, SANPROBI IBS powinien być przyjmowany codziennie przez co najmniej 4 tygodnie. W przypadku korzystnych efektów takiej kuracji należy ją kontynuować przez kolejne co najmniej 8 tygodni".

Nie dowiedziono negatywnych sutków długotrwałej probiotykoterapii pod warunkiem stosowania ich w zalecanych ilościach. Jeśli stan zdrowia ulegnie poprawie, warto jednak zrobić przerwę w stosowaniu probiotyku, gdyż może się okazać, że dalsza suplementacja nie jest konieczna.
