O długości terapii lekiem Zineryt decyduje lekarz. Jeżeli nie zaleci inaczej, Zineryt stosuje się zwykle przez okres od 10 do 12 tygodni. Jeśli lekarz stwierdzi oporność bakterii na lek, należy przerwać stosowanie leku na okres dwóch miesięcy.
