Can I stop taking Tialorid mite if I have a rash that is not helped by antiallergic medicines?

Hello. For about 4 years I have been taking Tialorid Mite 1x1 and medicines for hypertension and angiosmodic anchovy, i.e. Perindoprilum 123 ratio, Dilzem 120 retard(2x1), Effox Long 50, Acard 75 and Roswera 5. From July 16, I accept Tialorid Mite from the new packaging I bought. After 3 days, I noticed a rash that did not itch on my forearms, hands, knees and feet. Allertec also did not help lime and Aleric Deslo Active for 5 days. Later prescription Clatra (8 days) and Elosone cream does not result. Is it possible that I was suddenly allergic to Tialorid Mite, from a new batch that I take every day and the rash is unchanged? I still have the remaining drugs from 2-3 months ago. Can I "suspend" taking the drug for a while without harming my health? I have a cardiac consultation only in October.
