What to apply for a change under the eye if steroids don't help?

Hello you. I struggle with the problem seen in the photo. It started with a small change under one eye. The ophthalmologist prescribed me an ointment with cortisone, after which the change temporarily disappeared. After about 2 weeks she returned, again the same ointment that I used longer, because the changes still disappeared and appeared. Then came the second eye, I treated both places with the remnants of this ointment and ended up with such a rash as in the photo. I was instructed to use so-called zero therapy (do not use anything, face wash only with water) and compresses from black tea, but after a week I did not notice any difference, and after tea I had it slightly inflamed. I also tried with sudocrem, but it was hard to wash off and when washing again these places irritated. Unfortunately I no longer have an idea, maybe tormentiol? This ointment supposedly works wonders. From a distance I look like a boxer after a fight, people look at me, it starts to annoy me. Can you recommend something from each other? Thank you and greet.

Indeed, although the therapeutic effect of steroids can be observed almost immediately after the start of therapy, after discontinuation of the drug, the changes may recur. Because the skin of the face is very delicate, in order to alleviate the observed change, preparations intended for the treatment of eczema can be used - these preparations can be purchased without a prescription, with home delivery or collection at a pharmacy, e.g. https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/10265/bepanthen-sensiderm-krem/apteki https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/47457/mediderm-krem-krem/apteki at night, ointment with vitamin A regenerating effect can be used: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/66884/retimax-1500-masc/apteki

I've had identical changes since September last year. It started with one right eye, more precisely the eyelid, moved to the lower part under the eye, and then to the other eye. Now I have the same location under my left eye as yours. I had a very stressful time for several months - two very close people to me passed away within six months. I suspect that this is the result of very strong suppressed stresses. Or my second suspicion, but less likely and ruled out by a dermatologist, is some kind of bacteria that I could catch after frequent visits to various veterinarians at that time. Unfortunately, I still struggle with it. Prescribed ointments only help on an ad hoc basis. I've already used Floxal from an ophthalmologist and I think it works best, but it's an antibiotic. Cannot be used for long. I also used Protopic 0.1%, it only helped at the very beginning of use. But the problem reversed itself again and once again it did not help. In addition to Protopic, the dermatologist also prescribed me Tetralysal orally, but these are quite strong oral tablets. I didn't use them at all. I finally treated one "eye" of the right one by myself, at the same time using sudosim - on top of it, because it was drying, applying Lipobase cream. But the other eye doesn't work this way yet. Has anyone managed to cure it with at least something? Maybe some herbal ointments? It is still not known what it is. Dermatologists make fortunes from coffee grounds. None of them have ordered me any tests, they just want to prescribe new drugs blindly. I'm wondering if I should do some research on my own. From blood, for example, but does it make sense? Have any of you done something like that? Has a doctor prescribed someone a doctor? Please share which way to go?

I got it out after applying some acid from oridnay and retinol, I think the skin was just too delicate there. I haven't been able to turn it off for a few months, it's just slightly erroneous. I think it's done from contact with acids or some chemicals, because this is where the skin is too sensitive

Chamomile compresses helped me 2 or 3 times a day for 15/20 minutes. Apply 2 times a day to Ziaja Complex Cinquefoil Ointment (without a prescription). In 4 days it passed.

I was helped by a natural ointment from tansy purchased on the allegro. It is great for this type of changes, besides propolis ointment 40%, with which you do not part, for any inflammation or herpes. Nature works wonders!

I had the same thing.... It turned out that it was nothing more than acne lesions. rosacea( rosacea ) For years I was conducted by a dermatologist as eczema / atopic dermatitis. - unfortunately pales. When I found a wonderful dermatologist, I had different medications. I will not give names because it is a matter of individual selection. It is necessary to go to a dermatologist. I was cured by dr hab. n. med. Maciej Pastuszczak (dermatologist, immunologist). I highly recommend it. I do not advise myself. Please remember that not every steroid is good for a given skin lesion.

Anyone have found something for this crap yet? Matches are already 3years :( Steroids help for a maximum of a week. Dermatologists guess, fortune tellers from tea leaves, they only delete beautifully for 5 minutes of visit

I have the same thing and my dermatologist said it was from the Elocom steroid ointment I was using. For various pimples. After lubrication, the allergy disappeared, and as I stopped it returned more and more. Now I have not to use it, I get an antibiotic, desensitizing drugs and masc, at most 10 days OxykortA, another 10 days Protopic.

For @Dora: Cutivate contains one of the steroid substances used in dermatology - fluticasone propionate. The use of Cutivate should only be based on the doctor's recommendation for you. Possible use of the drug should last the shortest possible time.

Cutivate ointment helped me. Recommend.

I have been the same for about 2 years. Protopic ok, but does not give huge effects and steroids help, but again thin the skin so every day steroids are a mega contentious topic ... in the summer it is just as difficult to wear them. The results are good and unfortunately everyone is spreading their hands :( If anyone has a golden doctor or medicine please contact me on instagram @lukaszmakeup Attach a photo

Czy coś Panu pomogło? Mąż ma to samo i tylko advantan pomaga, ale jak przestanie kremować wraca to z powrotem. Lekarze nie wiedza co to jest. Był u okulisty i dermatologa.
