Can Concor Cor, Nimesil and Prague be used at the same time?

Good morning I would like to get information about Nimesil's interaction with Concor core and Nimesil with Prague. Nimesilu has been prescribed to me for chest pains which cannot be identified as cardiac based on research (morphology, ECG, X-ray). Unfortunately, each of these drugs was assigned by another doctor for other reasons. Concor cor for lowering the pulse from resting 110, and Pregiola for anxiety.

Pomiędzy składnikami produktów leczniczych Concor Cor, Pragiola i Nimesil wykazano jedną istotną interakcje polegającą na obniżeniu działania hipotensyjnego bisoprololu zawartego w produkcie Concor Cor przez nimesulid - substancję czynną leku Nimesil.

Wspomina Pan, że produkt Concor Cor został zalecony ze względu na tachykardię - przyśpieszony rytm serca. Nimesil nie wpływa na częstość rytmu serca. Jeśli nie ma Pan więc problemów z niekontrolowanym nadciśnieniem, jednoczesne stosowanie wspomnianych leków nie jest przeciwwskazane.
