Can lower abdominal pain result from termination of Axia conti?

Hi, after one package of Axia conti I decided to give up on them (I took to the end placebo). I didn't make mistakes or vomit or diarrhea. My question is whether it is possible that by the end of the tablets there are pains in the lower abdomen? That's where the side effects come from? I felt good while taking it. I think I'm not pregnant because I took it systematically.
